Teen Connection ended its 26 year run on Wisconsin Public Television in 2015. The television discussion program focused on the teenage population and their various caregivers. The program tackled tough social issues that are only briefly addressed by the traditional media. Past topics included mental health, homelessness, and heroin abuse to name a few. The programs not only provided great information to vulnerable populations, but also connected people with services that they may not know about.
Although the hour long Teen Connection television series has ended; the legacy of the program lives on in many of the projects we work on. Short format segments have replaced the hour long show.
